Meet Our Team

Meet our teammate, Ashley. Ashley has been here for over 10 years. She is responsible for a variety of patient services including insurance questions, submitting claims, handling payments, strategic scheduling, and making sure all our patient’s needs and questions are met with a smile! She enjoys her daily interactions with patients and appreciates every time a patient leaves more than satisfied with the services provided at our office. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Psychology from UW-Green Bay. She loves spending time with her husband, Keith, and their three beautiful children, Kennedy and Charlotte, and Grayson. In addition to appreciating time spend with close family and friends, she also enjoys attending Packer games, golfing, working in their yard, and boating on the river.  We are very thankful and blessed that Ashley has been part of the team for over a decade and appreciate all that she does. 

Meet our teammate, Rachel. Rachel has been here for over 12 years at Schroepfer Family Dental. She is normally behind the scenes but you will see her from time to time in clinic or up at the front desk as she fills in for her teammates when they are on maternity leave, have a day off or if they are sick. She began her career in the dental field as a dental assistant from the Weekend Dental Assistant School in Appleton in 2006 and continued her education to become a hygienist from NWTC in Green Bay in 2010. She then finished her Bachelor's Degree in Science and Dental Hygiene from Minnesota, Mankato in 2012. She then went on to finish her degree in Business Management from NWTC in 2014. She is CPR certified and certified in the Administration of Local Anesthetic. As the office coordinator, it is her job to oversee the daily operations of the practice to ensure our days run smoothly. 'I love spending time with my husband, Andy, and his daughter, Saige, along with our Great Dane named Rumor. In my free time, I love to lift weights, hunt, craft, complete home projects, and spending time with my family and friends.' We are very thankful to have Rachel on our team. Cheers to another 12 years and more.

Meet our teammate and dental hygienist, Tanya. Tanya has been here almost 8 years already. She graduated from dental hygiene school in 2010 from NWTC in Green Bay. As a dental hygienist, her job includes risk assessment, patient education and communication, and overall health management through diagnostics, hygiene care, and periodontal treatments. She is also certified in CPR and the administration of local anesthetic. She loves getting to know her patients and their families, and helping to make a difference in their oral and overall health. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping, riding in their side by side, snowmobiling, and listening to country music. She have a wonderful husband, Chad, who has blessed her with a beautiful daughter, Kenley, and her son, Korbyn. We are extremely thankful for Tanya and her hard work and dedication to our patients and the rest of her teammates.

Meet our dental hygienist Caitlin. Caitlin has been with us for 6 years now. She entered the dental field in 2009, in which she was a Dental Assistant for 2 years. She continued her education and became a Dental Hygienist in 2013. She is certified in CPR, the Administration of Local Anesthetic and Soft Tissue Laser Dentistry. Her job includes patient education, providing cleanings, periodontal treatments and taking proper x-rays for diagnosis. She loves getting to know her patients and her goal is provide them with comfortable and high quality dental care. She is happily married to her husband, Sean, and she is blessed to have their daughter, Cameron, and their son, Jack. In her free time, she enjoys playing cards, any outdoor activity, hunting and spending time with her family and friends. We are blessed to have Caitlin on our team.

Meet our teammate and business assistant, Jess. She has been here for 6 years. After earning her Associates Degree and Certification as a Registered Health Information Technician, she joined the our team here at Schroepfer Family Dental where she helps to make your check in/check out and overall experience at our practice an enjoyable one. She says, 'It is so rewarding to be a part of a practice that has changed so many lives and helped countless others maintain superb oral health.' Outside of the office, she enjoy hunting and fishing with her wonderful husband, Chip, and spending time with the rest of her growing family. Jess is an extremely hard worker with a positive attitude. We are grateful to have her and her hard work doesn't go unnoticed.

Meet Tehya. She joined our practice in September of 2020 as a dental hygienist. She graduated from NWTC in GB in 2019 in dental hygiene. She is certified in laser, nitrous, and local anesthetics. She enjoys meeting her patients and helping them achieve their smile goals. She also loves dogs, and even has 3 of them, along with a cat named, Broccoli. In her free time, Tehya enjoys kayaking, playing recreational sports, and visits to Minnesota's north shore every summer.

Morgan started at our practice in September of 2020 as a dental assistant and is Dr. Brian's right hand woman. She has a great positive attitude and a contagious smile. Morgan said, 'I enjoy meeting many members of the community and helping my patients find the confidence to show off their smile again. In my free time, I enjoy bear hunting, fishing, and spending time with my family.'

Tracy joined our practice as a Business Assistant in August 2021. She graduated in 2011 from UW-Green Bay and worked in Human Resource Management south of Marinette the last 10 years. She says, 'I've seen many teams operate within small business across various industries, and our practice is by far the most efficient, intentional, and JOYFUL I've ever witnessed or been a part of. Patients see and feel that it's special.' Tracy lives over the boarder in Wallace, MI and spends her spare time with her closest friends & family, and adventuring with her boyfriend, Timmy, and his daughter, Zoey. Their young family is focused on gradually building a homestead, and living a life that is natural & minimal. Her favorite places are her church, outside in the sunshine, and her mother's home in Florida. She loves reading, independent research, buying locally grown & raised food, weight training, being in a boat or on a beach, UTV riding, playing golf & softball, trying new restaurants, cooking, and caring for her spirited Collie dog and two goofy cats.
